Shipping Policy
Free shipping is included in every product price for U.S. orders. There is no minimum spend required.
Orders begin processing after payment is confirmed. Delivery times may vary by product, carrier, destination, and supplier availability. When tracking is available, we will share it so you can follow your order.
Please review your shipping address carefully before checkout. If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to help before the order ships.
The estimated delivery time is listed on each product page and includes order processing and shipping after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by item, so please check each product page before ordering. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with Cavalim Store. You may request a change-of-mind return within 7 calendar days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging whenever possible. Some products may not be eligible for return because of hygiene, use, customization, or supplier restrictions.
If a return is approved, we will send the next steps by email or chat. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 3 calendar days after the returned item is received and inspected.

For approved change-of-mind returns, Cavalim Store covers 50% of the actual return shipping cost. The remaining 50% is deducted from your refund. We will confirm the shipping cost and estimated refund amount before you send the item back.
This deduction does not apply to approved claims for damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or undelivered items.
